What You'll Do

Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service in the café and deli.
Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks, including barista-style coffees.
Take customer orders, operate the till and handle payments accurately.
Serve food and ensure products are presented to a high standard.
Maintain cleanliness in customer areas, displays and service stations.
Assist with stock replenishment, deliveries and product merchandising.
Learn and follow food hygiene, health and safety, and customer service procedures.
Work as part of a team to create a welcoming experience for every customer.
