What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service in the café and deli. 
• Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks, including barista-style coffees. 
• Take customer orders, operate the till and handle payments accurately. 
• Serve food and ensure products are presented to a high standard. 
• Maintain cleanliness in customer areas, displays and service stations. 
• Assist with stock replenishment, deliveries and product merchandising. 
• Learn and follow food hygiene, health and safety, and customer service procedures. 
• Work as part of a team to create a welcoming experience for every customer.
