As Room Leader, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day running of your room, guiding practitioners and ensuring children experience consistent, high-quality care and learning. You'll spend most of your time in the room with the team, supporting practice, maintaining routines, and ensuring the environment reflects EYFS standards.,

This role requires recent experience as a Room Leader or Senior Practitioner.
Applicants must be confident supporting colleagues and maintaining EYFS practice standards.
This position is not suitable for candidates without a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification., Lead the day-to-day running of your nursery room
Support and guide practitioners to maintain consistent EYFS practice
Ensure care routines, activities, and observations are completed to a high standard
Maintain a safe and engaging learning environment for children
Work closely with colleagues and nursery leadership to maintain ratios and daily routines
Communicate with parents and carers about children's development and wellbeing

Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
Previous experience as a Room Leader or Senior Practitioner
Experience working in a day nursery or early years setting
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
Confidence supporting colleagues and leading practice within a room
Clear understanding of safeguarding and welfare requirements
