Deputy Home Manager

Our client is looking for and experienced Deputy Home Manager to help lead the way, in their beautiful elderly residential care home. The ideal candidate will be experienced in care home leadership, passionate about person-centred support, and confident navigating safeguarding responsibilities and CQC compliance. As Deputy Home Manager, you'll support the Home Manager in overseeing the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring a safe, caring, and empowering environment for residents. You'll lead a team of care professionals and work closely with families and external agencies to maintain exceptional care standards.,

• Support the Home Manager in the operational leadership of the care home
• Ensure full compliance with CQC standards and safeguarding protocols
• Lead and mentor care staff, supporting supervision and professional development
• Establish and action referral pathways for safeguarding adults and concerns of abuse
• Participate in recruitment, staff training, and performance reviews
• Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and health & social care professionals
