Temporary Medical Receptionist

£12.71 per hour

We are looking for an experienced and reliable receptionist to join a hardworking, friendly team on a temporary basis.

Responsibilities as a Temporary Medical Receptionist

Front of house based
Meeting and greeting incoming visitors
Managing queries in a professional manner
Booking and amending appointments and handling queries
Answering a high volume of incoming calls
Managing patient queries in a professional and empathetic manner
Updating patient records accurately
Supporting the wider reception and admin team as needed

Desirable skills of a Temporary Medical Receptionist

Previous reception or customer-facing experience (medical setting preferred)
Strong communication and organisational skills
Confident using computer systems
Ability to remain calm under pressure
