Part Time Senior Finance Assistant Hanley Duration: 12-month FTC Hours: 28 hours over 4 days £28,000 - £32,000 pro rata Forrest Recruitment Ltd are currently supporting a local organisation who are currently recruiting for part-time senior finance assistant for maternity cover. The successful candidate will be AAT level 2 qualified and have minimum of 3 years' experience within a similar role. Duties will include:

• Processing monthly payment runs to landlords Pay staff expenses, supplier invoices and credit cards Reconcile bank statements, credit cards and petty cash Maintain property utility records e.g. gas, electric and council tax Log remittances and check monthly statements Respond to call and email enquiries Produce financial reports when required This role needs someone with proven experience, keen to work for an organisation who 'gives back' and who will commit to the role.
