Full Job Description
- 4 sessions per week
- Six weeks annual leave and one week study leave (pro rata) entitlement
- Weekly on call surgeries, including managing online triage requests.
- Would be required to supervise other clinicians, including resident doctors and ANP's
- Approved sponsor Practice for tier 2 visa doctors
- Clarity Toolkit and Indemnity paid by Practice
- BMA Contract
- Diverse patient population of 13,000
- Operating from purpose built, modern premises
- EMIS
- Total Accurx triage
- Training Practice for GP ST's and Medical Students
- Special interests and development of leadership skills actively encouraged - we have Clinical Directors, HCP leads, Medical Student Educators and programme directors amongst our team.
- Research Active Practice
- Mix of face to face, telephone, on the day and book ahead appointments
- 15 minute appointments for face to face book ahead appointments
- Low home visiting rate
- Daily coffee meetings
- In-house education meetings twice a month, in addition to monthly practice meetings and PLT
- Highly trained administrators who deal with the majority of incoming docman mail, QOF and medication management
- Consistent high QOF scores
- 4.5 star google rating
