Year 2 Primary Teacher - Leeds
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 2 Primary Teacher to join a friendly and supportive school community. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic educator who is committed to inspiring young learners and helping them achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Support the academic, social, and emotional development of pupils
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing feedback to parents and carers
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 1, ideally Year 2
- Strong classroom management skills
- A nurturing and adaptable approach to teaching
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
