The Role:Delivering engaging and effective lessons in a Year 1 classPlanning, preparing, and assessing learning in line with the primary curriculumCreating a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environmentWorking closely with teaching assistants, staff, and parents to support pupil progressProviding high-quality teaching that supports pupils of all abilities and learning needsContributing positively to the wider school community during the placement The Ideal Candidate Will:Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)Have experience teaching within Year 1Be passionate about inspiring and supporting childrens learning and developmentDemonstrate strong classroom management and communication skillsBe reliable, organised, and able to work effectively
