Full Job Description

As a Territory Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for driving new business and growing existing accounts across your region. You'll work closely with pharma, biotech, CRO and academic clients to position UK Biocentre's end-to-end sample management and storage solutions., Develop new business opportunities across pharma, biotech, CRO and academic markets

Build and grow strong relationships with both new and existing clients

Position UK Biocentre's sample storage, biorepository and sample management services as a strategic solution

Deliver compelling presentations (virtual and in-person) to prospective clients

Generate leads through proactive prospecting and follow up on marketing-driven enquiries

Manage sales opportunities and pipeline activity within Salesforce CRM

Work closely with Project Management to ensure seamless client experience

Collaborate with wider teams to support cross-selling (e.g. storage, transport, informatics)

Support client site visits and facility tours

Deliver accurate forecasts and contribute to sales reporting

Achieve and exceed sales targets through a structured territory strategy

3+ years' experience in Life Sciences sales (services preferred)

Strong understanding of pharma, biotech or CRO environments

Proven track record of generating new business

Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills

Consultative, solutions-led approach to sales

Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)

Highly organised, self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously

Willingness to travel regularly (client meetings, events, conferences)
