Full Job Description

Are you an excellent communicator with a passion for healthcare? We are seeking an enthusiastic and forward thinking administrator to be part of our Mental Health Team in Hereford. This role is 30 hours a week, Monday to Friday. In this important role, you'll use your knowledge, experience & expertise to provide essential support to our hard-working frontline NHS teams. A passion for excellent patient care is a must. You will be a strong communicator supporting a wide range of people including patients and health care professionals. You will need to be responsive and adaptable to the needs of the service but be sure that your hard work will be making a real difference to our patients and service users every day., A typical day as an administrator may involve: Maintaining patient records effectively and accurately. Minuting MDT Meetings. Answering the telephone. General office duties such as typing, scanning, photocopying, printing. Scheduling appointments/ minuting meetings. Handling correspondence ingoing/outgoing mail. Handling queries over the telephone and face to face from staff, patients, and external agencies. Looking after the shared email inbox. Assisting the team with various administrative tasks.
