You will be skilled in observing Teaching, Learning and Assessment, making accurate judgements, and using evidence to drive high-quality practice. As a digitally confident practitioner, you will have a strong interest in immersive learning and emerging technologies, including experience of using virtual reality, simulation, and other innovative digital tools. You will be able to translate these technologies into practical, scalable classroom approaches that are purposeful, inclusive, and aligned with curriculum intent. You will understand how to design engaging, real-world learning experiences that go beyond novelty and support employability, ensuring a clear impact on student outcomes. You will also bring knowledge of key sector frameworks such as the Ofsted Framework, Apprenticeships standards, and JISC/ETF technology standards, enabling you to align practice with wider expectations. Personally, you will be positive, adaptable, and solution-focused, with the ability to inspire confidence in others. You will communicate clearly, build strong professional relationships, and contribute to a collaborative, ambitious, and innovative team environment.
