Full Job Description

We are seeking a talented Structural Revit Technician to work on a permanent basis with our clients in-house design team, based in Central London., Develop and maintain CAD templates (AutoCAD and Revit)
- Develop families using Revit and block in AutoCAD
- Develop 3D, data rich models using Revit and expert knowledge of parameters and Revits phasing tool
- Produce detailed construction and fabrication 2D drawings using AutoCAD
- Create swept paths using vehicle tracking in AutoCAD
- Coordinate 3D information received at tender stage, undertake clash detection exercises and produce model audit reports.
- Support the development and maintenance of BIM related documentation from tender to completion.

You should have a background of using Revit Structure and AutoCAD from with either a consultancy or contractors in-house design team, with exposure to large-scale construction projects.
