Support the development and review of strategic spatial planning policy, including housing, infrastructure, environment and transport
Assist in processing planning applications of strategic importance and support S106 negotiations
Provide planning advice on Local Plans, SPDs and development proposals
Contribute to the preparation of Opportunity Area Planning Frameworks and related studies
Support briefing and report writing for senior stakeholders and elected members
Engage with London boroughs, consultants and other external stakeholders

Degree (or postgraduate qualification) in planning or a related discipline
Eligibility for RTPI membership
Good understanding of UK planning policy and strategic planning processes
Experience in planning policy, development management or regeneration projects
Strong written, analytical and stakeholder engagement skills
