You belong in a team where you can act with purpose and thrive in your own way.As a Space Planneryou'll:Ability to identify opportunities for optimization of workspacesAnalyse data from various sources.Create and communicate new floor plans while ensuring optimal department adjacencies.Consideration of accessibility and sustainability strategy in application to space designIdentify and resolve design issues.Prepare and present reports.Support project implementation.Maintain design documentation.Ensure drawings conform to regulations.Maintain floorplans and building information accuracy.Coordinate
with Global Workplace Services for reporting requirements.Source and report reliable headcount/occupancy data.Manage and interpret data for insights.Produce business intelligence reports.Able to visualize complex data in a simple format.What we're looking for:Experience in space/occupancy planning & design.Strong understanding of spatial planning principles.Analytical, able to identify occupancy trends, knowledge of current trends in space planning.Detail-oriented with a passion for effective and aesthetic spaces.Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.Proactive and collaborative team player with strong problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage multiple projects consistently.Report writing experience.Strong organizational and technical skills (incl.
