What you will do:



  • Lead and enhance the quality of professional social work practice for children, young people, and their families.

  • Deliver and support various learning programmes for pre and post-qualifying social workers.

  • Supervise and support social work practitioners, ensuring they meet the highest standards of practice.

  • Assist in the quality assurance process, guiding and developing practitioners through their educational journey.

  • Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to integrate innovative practices within the Academy.
