Full Job Description

  • Accountable for all workshop, service, and the parts department staff, you will manage, coach, and develop the team to reach their full potential and performance.
  • Planning, forecasting, and delivering sales targets.
  • Growing workshop utilisation and efficiency.
  • Be responsible for your own budget, you will relish the opportunity to drive the business forward.
  • Working closely with other the head of business and department managers to drive the overall business performance

    Previous experience working in an aftersales environment within a main dealership
  • Have the drive to push the department forward; working to achieve agreed KPI's and brand standards.
  • Able to demonstrate a profitable and successful track record of delivering outstanding results as well as delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Strong management and leadership skills, winning mentality, and a real passion for the brand.
  • Motor trade, automotive or car dealership experience is necessary for this role.

    £38,000 basic salary ¦ OTE £56,000 ¦ Maximum earning potential £68,000 for 200% performance and upper quartile achievement. Service Manager experience isn't required for this role, we are also keen to hear back from people who work in the aftersales department within a main dealership looking to take their next step with progression.
