Sales Executive

Strategic Business Development

• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with Kast growth objectives.
• Build relationships with architecture and design firms, developers, hospitality groups, and contractors.
• Manage a robust project pipeline from specification through installation.
Project Channel Development
• Identify and influence luxury residential and hospitality projects.
• Engage developers, architects, procurement teams, and contractors.
• Drive product specification through presentations and consultations.
Showroom Channel Leadership
• Develop partnerships with premium kitchen, bath, and interior design showrooms.
• Support partners through training and product launches.
• Drive showroom performance through joint business planning.
A&D Channel Development
• Build relationships with principals, architects, and senior designers.
• Deliver presentations, Lunch & Learns, and CPD programs.
• Drive early-stage product specification opportunities.
  
  Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-touch, relationship-based sales-ideally in the luxury design or decorative plumbing industry.
• Highly polished presentation skills, with the ability to engage audiences effectively both virtual and in person settings.
• Proven ability to influence A&D specifications on high-end projects.
• Strong design acumen and ability to speak fluently about aesthetics, materials, and form/function.
• Experience in CRM systems and social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram) with a personal presence aligned to the luxury trade.
• A full, valid UK driving licence is essential for this role
