Summary

We're looking for a skilled, hands-on repairs professional to join our Home Repairs Service team, helping us to look after 7,000 homes. The work you do will make a real difference, keeping our customers' homes safe, comfortable and well looked after. Our team doesn't just fix things, we spot opportunities to go the extra mile for our customers and make a real impact.

You will be using your roofing expertise and can-do attitude to carry out high quality repairs in customers' homes, and supporting other trades where needed.

Our Repairs team are also great at customer service and have experience using tablets and mobile phones at work. All of our operatives receive a company van when they join us, so a full driving licence is required.

Joining Alliance means you will have access to a wide range of training courses, including training on non-licensed asbestos removal.

Why join Alliance Homes?

  • Ongoing training and development (including asbestos awareness)

  • A company van and tools to do the job

  • A supportive team with opportunities to upskill

  • Enhanced pension and paid sick leave

  • A role where no two days are the same

  • We cover North Somerset, Bristol and Swindon and most of your work will be in a set area, with occasional travel elsewhere.

We would recommend applying early as we review applications as they come in and may close the role sooner than advertised.
