Full Job Description

Marston Green Infant Academy is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the school office.,

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient administrative functions
  • Provide essential support to the School Business Manager in operational tasks
  • Maintain student records, admissions, attendance using the schools MIS system - SIMS
  • Manage Site and Administrative staff Maintain and update school policies and procedures
  • Data Protection Officer, ensuring compliance with GDPR
  • Support the Trustees of the Academy as Governance Professional

    Experience in an administrative or office management role within an educational setting
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • A friendly, approachable demeanour and strong customer service skills
  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with school management software (e.g. SIMS, Arbor)
