  • Marketing Manager Orthopaedic Instruments UKI Who we want: - Talent developers. What you will do: - Lead the team responsible for the product or portfolio strategy - Guide others to deconstruct and extract the strategy from a well-written marketing plan - Coach others on the market positioning and strengths/weaknesses of key competitors - Share marketing intelligence
    • and information with team - Establish pricing strategy, including contract pricing - Coach others on how to utilize the product or portfolio structure to maximize brand equity - Demonstrate financial acumen - Develop an effective KPI strategy for the business - Supervise others in their use of data collection, analysis, and reporting tools - Lead a team of professionals: develop employees, which includes hiring, communicating company policies, coaching and counseling, administering performance appraisals, and enforcing company policies through appropriate disciplinary measures - Promote an environment that fosters personal growth and development - Hold team accountable to deliver high quality results with passion, energy, and drive to meet business priorities - Collaborate and influence others on cross-functional teams, advancing partnerships to achieve business objectives
  • Minimum Qualifications (Required): - Bachelor's degree required - 8+ years of work experience required

    Preferred Qualifications (Strongly desired): - MBA preferred - 5+ years medical device or marketing/sales experience preferred - 2+ years of people management experience preferred - Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines - Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority - Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies - Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) Stryker is a global leader in medical technologies and, together with its customers, is driven to make healthcare better.
