+ Classroom Experience: Proven track record supporting students within an educational setting.
+ SEND Expertise: Solid understanding or experience with SEND, ALS, and EHCP frameworks.
+ Core Qualifications: GCSE Grade A C (9 4) in English and Maths, or the drive to work towards them.
+ Tech Savvy: Confident daily use of Microsoft and Google packages.
+ Key Traits: High reliability, excellent communication skills, and a flexible approach to changing classroom needs.
