challenging engineering projects-and we're looking for a Lead Technical Safety Engineer to join our Leatherhead team.Roles and ResponsibilitiesAs part of a project team, perform all aspects of Technical Safety scope area, or provide specialist expertise in one or more key project areas. May supervise and lead the Technical Safety team: provide technical direction over a group with responsibility for employee performance appraisals and for coaching and developing lower-level professionals. Lead the design of larger and more complex assignments.Provide technical guidance to designers and less experienced engineers.With appropriate experience, lead the project Technical Safety team.Skills and experienceSkills gained through undergraduate and postgraduate courses, including final year design projects and any work placements.Expert level understanding of one or more areas of Technical Safety scope..Able to check and confirm completeness of deliverables including safety layouts and reports.A
