Relevant adaptations experience and experience working in occupied homes are required; social housing experience is desirable but not essential.

You'll have a customer-focused approach, good communication skills and the confidence to explain work clearly and manage expectations. You'll be able to prioritise jobs, solve practical problems and work independently and as part of the wider team.

A full UK driving licence, as you'll travel between properties using a company vehicle.

If you receive an offer, you'll be asked to provide evidence of your joinery qualification, such as original certificates, as part of the onboarding process.
