We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to take on a key leadership role within our Key Stage 4, supporting some of our most vulnerable learners to succeed and thrive. Working closely with the KS4 Director and the wider pastoral teams, you will lead high-impact interventions, co-ordinate alternative provision placements, and implement strategies that improve behaviour, attendance, academic progress, and personal development. Part of this role also involves working directly with students across key stages in our alternative provision setting - the ASPIRE unit - supporting their reintegration into mainstream education through personalised, evidence-based approaches. This is a unique opportunity to:

  • Lead bespoke pastoral and academic interventions
  • Work with our ASPIRE team to co-ordinate high-quality alternative provision and reintegration support
  • Influence whole-school standards through training and mentoring
