Read their stories here: Softcat Student Success Stories | Higherin Financial Solutions Apprenticeship The Financial Solutions team helps customers buy, use and refresh technology in a more flexible and affordable way by offering tailored financing options alongside Softcat's technology solution. As a Financial Solutions Apprentice you will be responsible for supporting our sales team with flexible finance arrangements for our customers, fulfilment of contracts and working closely with our finance partner community. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Supports sales with finance quotes & proposals
• Works with finance partners on flexible payment plans
• Helps fulfil finance contracts
• Manages financial admin and documentation
• Communicates with customers, sales teams, and partners
• Learns core financial processes like billing, compliance & revenue management

• Ability to develop and maintain relationships - with customers and partners
• Organised with administrative skills
• Excellent time management skills
• A willingness and desire to learn new things, A prior attainment level 1 for Math's and English and a score of Entry Level 3 or higher during the initial assessment in English & Maths (About prior attainment)
• No previous qualifications (awarded) in any degree/masters/level 4 /HNC and above or equivilent in any discipline
• You must possess a current valid Right to Work in the UK
