Full Job Description
You'll be working closely with our Head of Finance and HR Manager - between the three of you, you'll keep the operational heartbeat of the agency ticking. Day to day you'll be supporting financial activity; think invoicing, purchase ledger, bank reconciliation, expense processing and credit control. You'll also provide support with general office administration and health & safety, in practice, helping to make sure everything that should work, does!
What you'll be doing:
Preparing and processing client sales invoices and credit notes
Inputting and reconciling purchase invoices and supporting the approvals process
Daily bank reconciliation and general financial housekeeping
Supporting credit checks and new client set up across Xero and our factoring software
Helping with petty cash, monthly expenses and the asset register
Administering company credit card spend
Supporting office health & safety systems, risk assessments and compliance
Assisting with general office administration including building queries and client visit logistics
We're looking for a Finance & Office Administrator to join our small but mighty operations team on a part time basis. If you're someone who loves bringing order to admin, takes quiet pride in things running smoothly, and wants to be part of a business that actually stands for something, you might just be our person., Some experience in finance administration or bookkeeping
Comfortable working in Xero (or similar)
Organised, accurate and quietly unflappable
