Fabric Engineers

We're looking for skilled Fabric Engineers to join our maintenance team, working on a dedicated contract across the North of England. You'll be carrying out a wide variety of general building and property repairs in commercial sites - from Leeds to Liverpool, Newcastle and everywhere in between.
You'll handle all sorts of day-to-day maintenance tasks:
Basic joinery and repairs
Painting and patch plastering
Replacing ceiling tiles, glass panels, and carpet tiles
Changing light bulbs and small electrical fittings
General property upkeep and minor remedial work
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in a good finish and enjoys variety in their day.
What You'll Need
A solid background in property or building maintenance (multi-skilled handy-person level)
Full UK driving licence
Own tools
Willingness to travel across the region
Ability to pass an enhanced DBS check (due to site requirements)
