Employability and Skills Tutor - Inspiring Futures, Transforming Lives

Teaching, training or assessment qualification at Level 3 or above. GCSE (or equivalent) English and Maths. Experience of delivering training, education or employability programmes. Strong communication, organisation and IT skills. Ability to engage learners from a range of backgrounds and support them to achieve positive outcomes. Experience maintaining accurate records and meeting compliance requirements. Knowledge of safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion.

TEC Partnership is made up of four colleges, two training providers, a 14-16 provision and a nursery, stretching from Scarborough to Skegness with a Nottingham based campus also. As an Employability and Skills Tutor, you will be at the heart of the learner journey, supporting individuals from their first enrolment through to achievement and progression into work. You will create engaging and motivating learning experiences that help learners develop the skills, knowledge and confidence needed to succeed in today's job market.
