Seeking a dynamic and driven Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join our thriving team in Middleton, North Yorkshire! Our client, a well-established educational setting, is seeking a passionate and experienced ECT to deliver exceptional early years education. With a competitive daily rate ranging from £140 to £170, this part-time position offers the chance to be part of a supportive, collaborative environment where your creativity and dedication will be truly valued. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to design and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that nurture the intellectual, social, and emotional growth of our youngest learners. Your ability to foster a nurturing, inclusive classroom atmosphere will be essential, as you work closely with children, parents, and the wider school community.,

  • Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons and activities
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent, high-quality approach
  • Maintain accurate records and assessment data
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians
  • Participate in staff training and professional development opportunities

    Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Childhood Teacher Status (EYTS)
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience teaching in an early years setting
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Passion for early childhood education and making a difference in children's lives
