Summary

As a family-run group with eight nurseries across Rotherham, Barnsley, Sheffield and North Nottinghamshire, we create warm, home-from-home environments where children aged 0-5 can explore, question and thrive.

Inspired by The Curiosity Approach, we champion child-led learning, natural resources and meaningful play experiences that spark creativity and build confident, independent learners.

Now, we're looking for passionate Level 3 Early Years Practitioners to join our growing teams as we expand and open new nursery settings around Rotherham, Barnsley and North Nottinghamshire.

You'll:

• Bring our engaging, child-led EYFS curriculum to life


• Create exciting indoor and outdoor learning environments


• Observe, support and celebrate children's development


• Plan experiences tailored to individual interests and needs


• Build strong, positive relationships with parents and carers


• Keep safeguarding and well-being at the heart of everything


• Contribute ideas, energy and enthusiasm to your team

What We're Looking For

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Early Years - essential


• Experience in an Early Years setting


• Strong understanding of EYFS and safeguarding requirements


• Excellent communication and teamwork skills


• A proactive, creative and child-centred mindset


• Someone who genuinely loves inspiring young minds
