implement digital solutions for GxP lab automation and data managementOversee compliance of GxP IT systems, ensuring proper documentation and validationAct as the DT System Owner (DTSO) for key GLP and GCP applicationsYour focus will be mainly on GCP systems for research, typically systems used for modelling and simulations applications in the Quantitative Clinical Pharmarcology (QCP) areaProvide third-level technical support for the systems you will ownLead vendor coordination and internal IT Subject Matter Experts for scientific applicationsProject Management: Drive technology selection, implementation, and lifecycle management for research systemsSupport internal and external audits and ensure follow-up on corrective actionsCollaborate with global Digital Technology teams to align on compliance strategies (incl. developing frameworks to develop validation frameworks for AI systems and capabilities used in Research)Interested? experience and skillsMaster's degree in IT, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related fieldStrong technical affinity with IT systems and scientific instrumentation3+ years of experience in a similar role within GxP environmentsExperience in managing digital lab automation and research workflowsExperience with Modeling and Simulations tools, e.g. Nonmem, R, Python,...Knowledge of IT compliance frameworks (e.g., Computerized Systems Validation)Ability to manage stakeholders in an international, multidisciplinary environmentExperience in technology project management, from strategy to implementationStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environmentFluent in English, ideally with a good knowledge of FrenchAre you ready to 'go beyond' to create value and make your mark for patients?
