Contributing to solution design across ServiceNow implementations
Translating technical requirements into scalable platform solutions
Working closely with Architects on end-to-end architecture decisions
Remaining hands-on where needed (configuration, scripting, integrations)
Engaging with clients in workshops and design discussions

Strong ServiceNow development experience (ideally at Senior level)
Exposure to design/architecture or a clear desire to move into it
Experience across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM
Good understanding of platform capabilities, integrations, and best practice
Strong communication skills and client-facing potential
