Full Job Description
ROLE: Commercial CoordinatorHOURS: 40 hours per weekLOCATION: London, Birmingham, Bristol, Manchester, At Mitie, our people are our greatest strength, and our promise is to create a place to work where you can thrive and be your best every day. We're looking for a Commercial Coordinator who will support quantity surveying and commercial management activities while assisting the Projects Commercial Director and Senior Leadership Team.
Role Responsibilities:
-Assist the Projects Commercial Director with coordination, preparation and management of key documentation, reports, presentations and meetings.
-Deliver administrative support to quantity surveying and commercial management teams.
-Support rollout and administration of electronic payment software (Payapps) and contribute to Project Bedrock tracking and adoption.
-Help prepare, process and maintain contract documentation including subcontracts, purchase orders and payment applications.
-Collate and submit monthly commercial reports, CVRs, business reviews and forecasts, ensuring document storage and accurate record-keeping across all commercial materials.
Relevant administrative experience within construction, engineering or commercial environments.
-Experience supporting commercial or quantity surveying teams (desirable).
-Familiarity with Payapps, ERP systems or business change projects is advantageous.
-Strong organisational, communication and documentation skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong numeracy capability.
-Professionalism, discretion and the ability to meet deadlines while adapting to new processes and business change initiatives.
