responsibility for the co-ordination, development and monitoring of careers guidance and education for SEND students. Work with the Inclusion and Foundation teams to provide individualised and impartial Careers coaching to students with EHCP's in place. You will hold both maths and English at level 2, either a careers guidance level 4 or SEND specialist qualification. Your ability to work with young people often with complex needs / backgrounds is essential along with strong organisational skills.

£25,462 - SP21 £27,580 per annum, pro rata
