Business Manager

As our Business Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the sales team and driving department performance. You will:

• Build and present finance and insurance deals to customers after handover from Sales Executives
• Ensure full compliance with all F&I regulations
• Champion our controlled ActiveSales process
• Support daily department actions, performance targets and customer outcomes
• Assist colleagues with first‑ and second‑facing customer interactions
• Drive sales of finance, warranties, insurance products, paint protection and add‑ons
• Deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times
Your ability to communicate confidently, build rapport, and create transparent, compliant deals will be central to your success., You will play a key role in driving a culture of responsible business practices, ensuring we deliver the right products and services to meet our customers' needs, protect them from harm, and encourage long-term loyalty. Building trust and acting with integrity at all times is fundamental to this role. To protect our customers and our reputation, successful candidates will be required to undertake a DBS check, along with regular fit and proper person assessments.
