Full Job Description

We are seeking an organised, friendly, and reliable Administrator / Receptionist to join our team in the Diabetes & Endocrine Centre. This is a varied role combining 2 days reception cover with general administrative duties for the Diabetes nursing team and the Endocrine nursing team, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy, people-focused environment., Reception Duties

  • Provide professional and welcoming reception cover for visitors, patients, and staff
  • Answer incoming telephone calls, redirecting queries appropriately
  • Manage appointment bookings, messages, patient packs and general enquiries
  • Maintain reception area standards and ensure a positive first impression
  • Administrative Duties
  • Carry out a range of administrative tasks including data entry, filing, appointments, cashing up clinics and record management for the Diabetes and Endocrine teams
  • Support the wider team with day-to-day office administration
  • Process correspondence, emails, and documents in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate electronic and paper records
  • Assist with meeting arrangements and diary management as required
