Full Job Description
Are you interested in a career with an established NHS Talking Therapies service based in Gloucestershire, are you dedicated, organised and passionate about mental health? If so read on., The successful candidate will assist PWPs in co-facilitating face-to-face and online psycho-educational courses to patients across the county. Assisting in administrative tasks such as writing referrals, clinical notes and collecting data & feedback from patients. Developing our service by performing outreach to local teams within the trust, as well as external agencies and stakeholders such as GPs and local community groups.We offer regular opportunities for Continuing Professional Development as well as reflective practice in clinical supervision and have fully funded access to the Bespoke training service. Flexible working arrangements within 37.5 hours per week, with core service hours of 8am-8pm. Some evening work will be required We currently offer a hybrid working pattern for staff and the candidates will be able to request this on completion of local induction and their line managers discretion. The successful candidate will be expected to work out of our Gloucester base for at least part of the working week.

- 81% said that care of patients and service users is the Trust's priority, compared with an average in comparable NHS Trusts in England of 64%. This high-level overview shows we are in a healthy position, with higher scores than average for comparable organisations, alongside a great response rate, indicating good staff engagement. However, we also know we have plenty of room for improvement in many areas. To that end, we continue to prioritise and invest in our commitment to genuinely becoming a Great Place to Work with consistent top-quartile performance in the annual staff survey and Pulse surveys.
