Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - Alternative Provision Bradford Start Date: September 2026 Full-Time | Term Time Only Competitive Daily Rate (Dependent on Experience) Are you a confident and resilient Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for a rewarding new role this September? We are recruiting for a specialist Alternative Provision in Bradford and are seeking an experienced professional who can thrive in a challenging but highly rewarding environment. The Role: You will be supporting pupils who may present challenging behaviour, SEMH needs, and barriers to learning, helping them re-engage with education in a structured and positive setting. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering lessons and interventions across the provision Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups Managing behaviour confidently, calmly, and consistently Building positive relationships with hard-to-reach students Supporting emotional regulation and personal
