across functions.Interested? For this role we're looking for the following education, experience and skillsBachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant scientific discipline; a relevant advanced degree is desirable such as an MD/PhD.Experience in pharmaceutical clinical development, medical safety, benefit-risk assessment, safety writing and risk management, appropriate to level.Experience in immunology, CAR-T cell therapy or T-cell engager development is an advantage.Ability to analyze scientific evidence and communicate balanced conclusions clearly in written and spoken English.Experience contributing to safety outputs; senior profiles should demonstrate strategic ownership and leadership of complex deliverables (indication or global program safety leadership).Comfort working across functions, priorities and lifecycle stages while maintaining quality, integrity and patient focus.Interest in roles based in our Belgium or United Kingdom hubs and, openness to an international working
