Full Job Description

We are seeking a temporary Administrative Account Handler to support a busy production-led environment. This role sits within a fast-paced administrative team and works closely with production, management, design, and installation functions to ensure projects are running smoothly from start to finish., Acting as a dedicated account handler for assigned projects

Preparing quotations and processing customer orders

Managing projects from supplier order through to delivery

Raising client invoices and approving supplier invoices for payment

Handling customer queries and resolving issues

Chasing PO's and sending invoices

Providing cover for colleagues during periods of holiday or sickness

Supporting general office and administrative duties as required

Strong communication skills

Ability to prioritise workload effectively in a busy environment

Comfortable working independently and as part of a wider team

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word

Sage experience is desirable not essential

Experience sending invoices

Logistics or production-based experience is an advantage but not essential

Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn
