Full Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and motivated individual to join our successful Apprenticeship Scheme based in Worcester to work with the Clinical Practice Facilitators. The role will involve a variety of administrative tasks including telephone call handling, liaising with internal and external contacts, data inputting, and general administrative tasks as set out in the job description. You will have good interpersonal and IT skills and be willing to learn and develop skills. You will undertake the Level 2 Intermediate Apprenticeship in Customer Services and be employed on a 15-month fixed term contract Monday-Friday, with time for formal study towards the apprenticeship. Our Apprenticeship Scheme is delivered in partnership with a local Training Provider to ensure that you are supported through the training programme. We reserve the right to end this contract sooner with appropriate notice. If you are employed on an acceptable time limited visa, there is no guarantee of sponsorship at point of expiry., The post holder will be enrolled onto the Level 2 Customer Service Apprenticeship and will work towards achieving their Apprenticeship alongside being part of a busy team providing a comprehensive administrative service to support the Practice Facilitator and wider Workforce, Training and Education Teams.
