We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and committed part time (21 hours per week) band 2 administrative assistant to be based at Gemini house in Kidderminster. The team covers 2 GP surgeries situated in the beautiful countryside of Worcestershire. The neighbourhood team operates from 07:30 18:30, Monday to Sunday including bank holidays. This position includes the following shift patterns: Monday 08:00-16:00, Tuesday 09:00-17:00, Thursday 09:00-14:30 and, Friday 10:30-18:30 on a rota basis. The role is varied and rewarding, offering learning and development opportunities., Your typical working day will include the undertaking of administrative duties that are specific to the role. Provide administrative support as required, e.g. typing, data inputting, filing, scanning/copying, in line with Trust Policies and Procedures. Answer/deal with telephone and email enquiries, liaising and interacting with service users and, colleagues. Deal with incoming and outgoing post and delivery of supplies.

The ability to work flexibly on a rota basis. The ability to work autonomously. The ability to problem-solve and manage time effectively. The ability to communicate effectively with others at all levels. Experience of working in a fast paced and varied environment.
