What do you need to join?
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 6 months full-time paid care experience in the last 3 years, three months of which were working alongside children and young people
- The right to work in the UK and be able to work up to full time hours
- Highly desirable that you have a Level 3 qualification in children's services
- Availability to work full-time hours, although part-time hours are available in some areas
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong commitment to providing high-quality care and support
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
