What do you need to join?

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 6 months full-time paid care experience in the last 3 years, three months of which were working alongside children and young people
  • The right to work in the UK and be able to work up to full time hours
  • Highly desirable that you have a Level 3 qualification in children's services
  • Availability to work full-time hours, although part-time hours are available in some areas
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong commitment to providing high-quality care and support
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
