We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Maintenance Surveyor to join our Asset Management team. You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our asset strategy across the London and South East region. Here's what you'll get involved with:

Carry out property inspections and condition surveys
Support planned maintenance, repairs and capital investment projects
Ensure our homes meet building safety and regulatory standards
Deliver pre- and post-inspections of voids
Liaise with contractors to ensure high-quality delivery
Contribute to asset performance reviews and technical reporting
Work collaboratively with housing, repairs and compliance colleagues
Support sustainability and energy efficiency improvements
Engage with vulnerable residents and our partners across supported housing

A degree or HNC/HND in Building Surveying, Construction or similar
Experience in property surveying or asset data collection
Strong communication skills and the ability to interpret technical detail clearly
Understanding of building regulations, housing standards and health & safety
Willingness to travel and be present on sites regularly
