Full Job Description

We're looking for a passionate Team Leader to coach and support two dedicated teams delivering round the clock care. You'll be the vital link between team members and management-driving quality, culture, and consistency.

  • First 6 months: 40 guaranteed hours/week
  • Next 6 months: 20 hours as Team Leader + 20 hours as Support Worker (£12.60/hr)

  • Lead by example and mentor your team
  • Promote dignity, inclusion, and person-centred care
  • Support rota planning, audits, and care planning
  • Be the go-to for team members and a voice for our customers

    Level 3 in Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Strong communication, leadership, and IT skills
  • Experience in social care and a passion for people

    £13.10/hr + Enhancements | 1-Year Fixed Term | Employee-Owned Organisation,
  • We pay the Real Living Wage - We value all our team members, so our starting pay rate is the Real Living Wage (currently £12.60 per hour)
