Full Job Description
We're looking for a passionate Team Leader to coach and support two dedicated teams delivering round the clock care. You'll be the vital link between team members and management-driving quality, culture, and consistency.
- First 6 months: 40 guaranteed hours/week
- Next 6 months: 20 hours as Team Leader + 20 hours as Support Worker (£12.60/hr)

- Lead by example and mentor your team
- Promote dignity, inclusion, and person-centred care
- Support rota planning, audits, and care planning
- Be the go-to for team members and a voice for our customers
- Help shape service delivery and community opportunities
Level 3 in Social Care (or equivalent) - Strong communication, leadership, and IT skills
