Our training is not just about ticking boxes; it's about elevating your skills and boosting your confidence to enable you to provide high quality care.We are looking for caring, compassionate Care Professionals to work within the Huntingdon areas between 7am - 10pm Monday to Friday and alternate Weekends -( Of course you will not be working straight through those times)Qualifications
- Genuine passion for supporting others and delivering outstanding care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and their families
- Strong sense of reliability, trustworthiness, and respect for client confidentiality
- Physical stamina to assist with mobility and personal care tasks
- Patience, empathy, and understanding towards clients' diverse needs
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills for accurate record-keeping
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for client transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
