This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).About the Role:As an EHCP Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality support to children and young people with SEND through effective case management of statutory EHCP processes.You will:
  • Coordinate and manage a caseload of EHCPs in compliance with the Children and Families Act 2014 and SEND Code of Practice.
  • Work closely with parents, schools, health and social care professionals to ensure EHCPs are person-centred and outcome-focused.
  • Lead Annual Review processes, ensuring timely decisions and clear communication with families and settings.
  • Contribute to service improvements and work as part of a collaborative, supportive team.
