Full Job Description
As a Membership & Sales Support Associate, you'll play a key role in driving community engagement and supporting membership growth. Working closely with the Head of Sales and Operations Team, you'll assist with onboarding new members, managing enquiries (including for junior golf and golf day events), and supporting sales initiatives via digital and direct communication.,
- Handle incoming membership enquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
- Proactively follow up with leads from online platforms (Indeed, Facebook, LinkedIn) and our existing customer base
- Assist with junior membership promotion and engagement
- Respond to and manage golf day/event enquiries and bookings
- Use HubSpot CRM (training provided) to track leads and communication
- Shadow team members during the first weeks to learn systems and customer interaction techniques
- Support general admin tasks related to membership and communication
Confident communicator, both in person and via phone/email - Passionate about golf, sports, or leisure industries
- Comfortable using (or learning) CRM systems like HubSpot
- Organised and proactive, with a can-do attitude
- Available to start immediately and work flexible hours, including occasional weekends
- Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus

We're now looking for a motivated, personable Membership & Sales Support Associate to join our team on a part-time basis.
